Design of new HAN corporate identity wins prize

Total Design won an important international prize for the design of the new HAN-brand and corporate identity. They were 3rd in the category ‘Print - Corporate Identity’ at the prestigious American International Design Awards (IDA).

What did the jury think?

The jury was impressed by the modern design of the new HAN brand. They found it a powerful and distinctive design within higher education.

What is IDA?

IDA was founded in Los Angeles in 2007 with the aim of giving recognition to legendary designs with vision and new design talent in architecture, interior design, product design, graphic design and fashion. IDA strives to call attention to iconic design worldwide. Each year there are thousands of entries from the whole world. The prizes are awarded annually in the month of April in Los Angeles.

The story behind the new HAN brand

The HAN brand stands for the driving power, the spring board that HAN wants to be. The new visual design clearly shows this movement. It encourages students to grow and develop according to the description. The HAN brand is not just a new logo. The brand is a symbol of our culture. A culture where people inspire and trust each another to grow and to develop. To keep each other on their toes, to appreciate and to motivate one another. To look beyond the boundaries of one’s own discipline in order to find answers to complex problems in society, both in our region and far beyond. An open culture where there is an eagerness to learn and to inquire. A springboard to the future for everyone who is connect to HAN.
