Peter Dijkstra is als fysiotherapeut en MSc. sportfysiotherapeut werkzaam op Sport Medisch Centrum Papendal in Arnhem. Binnen het onderwijs is hij vooral actief in het tweede jaar als kerndocent sportfysiotherapie.
