Scientific and project management skills

After graduating, you will be able to plan and carry out a project in the product development phase in the biotechnology industry. You will have a profound knowledge of molecular and cell biology of prokaryotic and several eukaryotic organisms, thereby being specialised to perform projects in different areas of biotechnology.

Next to this scientific knowledge and skills, you will have the project management skills to manage the organizational and inter-personal aspects of your project.

Junior project leader or lab manager

Graduates are trained to be able to independently plan and execute short to medium-length projects. They are employable as junior project leaders, lab managers and in other such positions that are valuable support for experienced project leaders.
Another option for Masters graduates is to further your career with a PhD project, preferably in applied research.
