For enrolment in September 2012, please apply before 20 August 2012 (EU-students). Non EU-students, please apply before 1 June 2012.

Tuition fees

Tuition fees can vary depending on your nationality (whether you are from an EU country, for example) and other factors. To find out the tuition fees applicable to your situation, please click on ‘Calculate your tuition fee’ on the right.

Step 1 - Enrol through Studielink

Your enrolment starts by applying through Studielink. Studielink is the central Dutch online application tool for higher education in the Netherlands. After you have applied on Studielink, HAN University of Applied Sciences will automatically receive your application.

Studielink:
I. Download the Studielink instructions (see document on this page)
II. Go to Studielink
III. Apply for a Studielink user name and password
IV. Create your personal Studielink account 
V. Then enter the details of your previous education
VI. Submit an enrolment request using the ‘Request enrolment’ button 

You can use Studielink to manage your personal details, such as change of address and course. Check your Studielink page regularly for information about your enrolment status. Step 2 – Send required documents to HAN University of Applied Sciences

Within a few days of receiving your application, the HAN Admissions Office will ask you for the documents needed to process your application.

Step 3 – Acceptance to the course

The Board of Admissions will review your application and documents, based on the HAN University of Applied Sciences admission requirements. If necessary, you will be contacted for additional information or an interview. The Board of Admissions will inform you whether you are accepted for the course you have applied for.

Step 4 – Becoming a student of HAN University of Applied Sciences

You are considered a student of HAN University of Applied Sciences once you have received the acceptance letter and paid the tuition fees. You are ready to start studying!

Application process for Chinese applicants

Chinese applicants wishing to enrol in a Bachelors course or an Intensive English course must apply through an agent. Only applications submitted through an agent will be considered for admission.

Agents are familiar with HAN University of Applied Sciences requirements and the application procedure. If the Admissions Board is interested in your application, the agent will invite you for an interview with our Admissions Office in Beijing or Shanghai. Interviews are held once every six months. If you already have an agent, please submit your application through him or her.
