Management positions in Finance and Control
Finance and Control is a full-time Bachelors course that prepares you for middle or higher management positions in the field of finance. Graduates work in both the private and public sectors. The importance of financial management functions has increased in recent years. This is partly due to new laws but also because organisations are becoming more aware of the need for sound risk management.
Internationally experienced lecturers
The Finance and Control course is run by a small number of lecturers with a wealth of international experience in the corporate world. You will also be supported by study career coaches. As well as helping you settle into your new environment, they help you with both your personal and professional development.
HAN also cooperates with various international organisations. Professionals from these organisations will give some of the lectures in this course.
Bachelor of Economics
The FC Bachelors course began as an international version of one of the largest Business Economics courses in the Netherlands. Once you have successfully completed the course, you will obtain the title Bachelor of Economics*. HAN has an agreement with Radboud University Nijmegen, where graduates of the FC course can follow an accelerated programme to obtain a Master of Science.
* This Bachelors course is registered under the Dutch name 'Bedrijfseconomie'. This course was previously known as International Finance and Control.

This course is offered at Arnhem Business School (ABS), the internationally renowned business faculty within HAN University of Applied Sciences.
