Masters

HAN Automotive Institute offers two Masters degree courses: Automotive Systems and Automotive Engineering (based on international cooperation).

Master of Automotive Systems (MAS)

HAN’s Masters course in Automotive Systems is entirely based on requirements in the field. The themes and modules offered in the course will greatly improve your knowledge and skills. You will learn about the latest developments in automotive technology, design and production.

The course programme focuses on intelligent vehicle systems (vehicle dynamics and control, driver assistance) and advanced propulsion design (driveline and power train). The curriculum directly reflects major trends in vehicle development and manufacture of cars and trucks.

European Master of Automotive Engineering (EMAE)

HAN cooperates in the international European Master of Automotive Engineering (EMAE) with the second year MAS programme. Bachelor graduates can also apply for the European Master of Automotive Engineering (EMAE) programme. This Master course has been developed by three renowned universities: the Czech Technical University (CVUT) in Prague, the University Ensieta in Brest (France) and HAN University of Applied Sciences in Arnhem (Netherlands). It is unique in Europe.

The European Master of Automotive Engineering is taught in English. Part of the programme is taught in French (optional). The first year of the scheme (2 semesters) will be executed at the CVUT in Prague. This part is taught in English. For the 3rd semester students make a choice between a programme in Brest (in French) or a programme in Arnhem (in English). The 4th semester, the Major project, can be done in a country of your choice. [F.M.1]
