Satisfaction HAN students even higher
Student satisfaction at HAN has been increasing steadily in recent years. This year satisfaction has increased even more than in past years. Over the last 4 years, the increase was 9.6% on average. This means that on average 84% of the students now rate their study neutrally/positively. This has become clear from a recently held national survey (NSE). Converted into a grade out of 10, HAN-students give their study a 7.3. The national average is 7.2.
Higher scores in all areas
HAN continues to do well and increasingly better on General skills, for example, with a score of 93%. For examinations and assessment, the score is somewhat lower (76%), but this on the rise (in 2008 it was still 68%).
High satisfaction for HAN's Masters courses
The satisfaction regarding the HAN Masters courses is again very high (on average virtually 90%).
In the coming period we will report the student satisfaction as a grade based on the results of 'how satisfied are you about your study in general' from the national student survey (NSE). This will replace the percentage. HAN's aim, which is stated in the new institution plan of 2012-2016, Knowledge in interaction, is that no course will score under 7 and that the average student satisfaction at HAN will be 7.3.
